UI/UX Design for E-Patient Application Using Prototype Method

The utilization of IT in the healthcare sector has brought innovation to healthcare services, making it easier and enhancing patient engagement in taking better care of their health. One of the emerging information technologies in healthcare services is the e-patient application. This study discusses the design of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in the E-Patient application using Figma. The E-Patient application aims to provide services to patients, with features such as online registration, doctor booking, and online transactions available anytime and anywhere. Considering the importance of good UI/UX in determining the success of an application, this research utilizes Figma to produce designs that are user-friendly and satisfying. The research findings indicate that Figma is an effective tool in supporting the UI/UX design process, with features that assist in achieving these goals.
