Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a website-based wedding organizer service booking system at Dreams Wedding Planner using the extreme programming (xp) method. The extreme programming method offers efficiency and flexibility as well as adaptability to changing user needs that occur during system development. This system development process consists of several stages, including planning, design, coding and testing. In the development of this system, the writing of program code uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework with the MySql database. This system development also involves testing using the black box method, where this test aims to ensure that the system created can meet user needs before being launched without having to test the program code directly. The results showed that the system that has been created can make it easier for customers to place orders, track the order process, and can facilitate the management of order data for the Dreams Wedding Planner.
