USABILITY MEASUREMENT IN THE USE OF EFFECTS ON CAMERA FEATURES IN THE INSTAGRAM APPLICATION TOWARD USER DESIRE USING PARTIAL LEAST SQUARES-STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (PLS-SEM)

This study aims to measure the level of usability in the use of effects on camera features in the Instagram application on user desires using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Satisfactory use of effects on Instagram camera features can increase the overall acceptance and use of effects on Instagram camera features. Data were obtained from 40 respondents who actively use the camera feature on Instagram. The analysis results show that the satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on usability, while other variables such as efficiency, learnability, errors, memorability, conformity to specification and responsiveness do not show a significant effect on usability. This research provides an understanding of the things that should be considered when creating Instagram camera features to improve user experience. The result is the importance of prioritizing user satisfaction when creating and optimizing Instagram camera features that use effects technology.
