Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including health services. Previously, Cimalaka Health Center did not have a website for information publication and activity agenda management. This condinition causes limitations in the delivery of information to the community as well as inefficient and unintegrated management of the activity agenda. This research aims to overcome these problems by developing a website using the Extreme Programming (XP) method through the stages of planning, design, coding, testing, and using the PHP programming language with the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC) and MySQL database. This website is designed to provide information that is easily accessible to the community, such as health center profiles, innovations, service information, news, activities, and contacts that can be contacted. In addition, this website also serves as a means of two-way communication between the health center and the community. The results showed that the implementation of the Health Center website has increased the accessibility pf information for the community. System testing using the black box testing method shows that the system is valid and meets functional and technical needs.
